Please join RAD and Reverend Yolanda as we release “TRANSCENDENCE,” an EP of original songs by trans-femme singer-songwriter, recording artist, Interfaith Minister, Reverend Yolanda, produced by RAD Producer Phil Carroll. And launch the RAD CD project of songs by transgender artists!
Reverend Yolanda is a Blues Hall of Fame Award Winner, a two-time MAC Award Winner, and a member of the GLBT Hall of Fame. She is originally from Muscle Shoals, Alabama. She writes her own music and lyrics, plays a sweet guitar, and has a voice as powerful as her message of love and compassion. Recording Artists Development is proud to have worked with Reverend Yolanda this year to produce and record her inspiring music. We look forward to working with her in the future and to beginning work on a full CD of songs by transgender artists! We invite you to be a part of this wonderful celebration!

As we release “TRANSCENDENCE” and launch the Transgender CD project, RAD and Reverend Yolanda will be raising funds to support the very important work of the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund, TLDEF! TLDEF is committed to ending discrimination based upon gender identity and expression and to achieving equality for transgender people through public education, test-case litigation, direct legal services, and public policy efforts.
